I’ve made these noodles so many times now. I make them more often as a side dish to baked salmon and greens, but when my teenager is in the mood for ramen but we have none, I’ll whip these up. He’s just had two bowlfuls before bed and there are plenty left for him to have this week when he comes in from school! Thanks again, Nagi x

Love this recipe! Made it with hokkien noodles, threw in some chinese greens (gai lan) and topped with chilli crisp. Yum!

So easy to make and delicious when you want low effort, authentic Noodles. Can vary it up with different noodles (or mix the types of noodles).

This is the perfect quick lunch for my sibling and I who work from home. When we’re tired of sandwiches and salads this is so easy to knock out and tastes amazing.
