What can I say? It was demolished!!! I am Indian and friends are all American but even the teenage daughter declared it to be the best mashed potatoes ever – even without the topping which itself was VERY enthusiastically received. The only thing I did differently to the recipe was to add a little smoked paprika to the mash. Thank you, Nagi for another easy, great-tasting and great looking dish!

I don’t usually comment but this recipe was just delicious! And so easy to make. Perfect side with other veggies and BBQ meat or a schnitzel. YUM!

Look up dutchess potatoes. I use egg sometimes in this recipe too and it turns out great also!
