I forgot and took my garlic out of the skin but left it whole will it be okay if I smash it and use it without the skin

Fantastic, fool proof roast potatoes! I always worry about cooking roast potatoes but these were great and so tasty. Everyone at Christmas dinner loved them. And boy were they yum cold next day 🙂

Just excellent. My husband loved them. We had them with barbecued ribs and they were perfect together. However, I can see them being a go-to kind of potato.
