Hi Nagi, I made this stew tonight and it was delicious! I had cured chorizo which added even more flavour. What a super quick meal – perfect for a busy work day!

This is in our weekly meal plans because it is so good! Since where I live it is really hard to find the chorizo sausage, I use ground chorizo and it has an insanely good flavor. This is one of my favorite recipes I have ever tried.
