Made these last night. Super quick and easy to prepare as long as you can handle the cooling time.
I loooove lemony desserts where the lemon tang is prominent and these certainly deliver on that. Mine didn’t look as pretty (not as golden, curdy looking) but the taste and texture were superb. the shortbread base with the rice flour also melt in the mouth!
