These were delicious! I followed as shown, but I cooked the cakes in the air fryer for 12 minutes, and they came out perfect. I served with a comeback sauce, peas and baking powder biscuits.

Went over great! My only change? I served with tartar sauce because I thought it would compliment the cod. Next, a chipotle aioli. Needed a tad of spice to go with the lightly spiced cakes.
