This was very tasty and the fish turned out nice and crispy despite being coated in the sauce, a great recipe.

For anyone wondering if you can do this with frozen fish – I did just that. I used sea bass filets with skin, defrosted them a bit first (just to take the glaze off), then patted dry and fried as per recipe.
