Absolutely delicious! Like another commentator, I did not get the satisfying sizzle when I poured over the hot oil/soy sauce. Next time, I will just put all the toppings inside the fish parcel. Not sure what to do about the ginger? I might just grate a small amount of it into the hot oil/soy pour-over sauce rather than put it inside the parcel to bake because it will probably become too overpowering. Thank you Nagi for this surprisingly easy and more importantly very tasty recipe.

This was amazing. Tasted incredible, super quick and very cheap (I used Basa). Served with veggies and rice. Will use someone else’s suggestion of bok choy next time though 🥰
