This was a good, but it seemed to be missing a spice or two….I’ve had Paella in Spain an Portugal….an it tasted different….

We made this last night to feast upon during the Super Bowl. It was excellent! This was our first time making paella, and it was just wonderful. For protein, we did the chicken thighs, mussels, clams, and prawns.
