Massive hit at Christmas lunch. Served with the salsa verde and looked impressive and was delicious! I went without the rosemary (forgot to grab before shops closed) but it didn’t taste like it was lacking. Another perfect recipe thank you Nagi!

Oh wow! Best lamb recipe ever! It tastes like you’re at an amazing restaurant and you can’t believe you’re so lucky to eat such amazing food. Salsa verde is fab with it!

I came across this site via google search, and I’m definitely happy I found this page. I followed the steps and applied my own seasoning, but kept it along the lines of the provided recipe…and I must admit, it came out PERFECT! Kept the method provided for searing, bake (the 15 minutes at 200°C/390°F (180°C fan) – was great timing). and basting, worked out as listed above. Great meal, super satisfied. Thank you!
