Worked really well. It’s a great spice blend for less flavorful meats like minced turkey and chicken.

I made this for dinner tonight, and everyone raved—even my husband who does not usually care for ground lamb. I made it with some roasted vegetables and your “fragrant chickpea rice pilaf” recipe as a side. Also delicious!
