Well bummer right there…just unwrapped my Coles pork belly to dry in fridge…….and it was already scored ( first time in over half a doz previous ones ). Guess I’ll just have to wing it😒

No. I did 2.5 kgs – was in 2 pieces so I prepared each in their own foil

Wow! Huge hit w family and guests. Followed instructions but was out when I needed to start cooking in oven. Set my timer to turn on, all surfaces prepped as instructed and the crackling was perfect. Family rated it best they’ve ever tasted.

I cooked about 2.5 kegs in 2 parcels. Timing stayed as is.
