It is delicious and so much better than a macca’s burger and healthier too. Serves well its fry’s (I did the one on this website with rosemary salt)

Why for years have I been making burgers adding egg, breadcrumbs, onion and sauces when all you need is mince! So easy and so tasty, this burger recipe is why Nagi is my go to in all things cooking. The explanations make so much sense- the size of the bun, the type of cheese and the volume and placement of salad- all make so much difference. This is now one of our favourite and most used recipes- so simple and delicious!

I have found the holy grail of recipes that actually work read and re-read and then I just have to make them, I love the burger sauce it’s divine and where I bought my bun’s is from woollies they must of heard you Nagi as the buns I bought are so soft and as Goldie locks said it’s just right tip top gourmet burger buns they’re tickty boo , thank you so much for sharing your recipes I’m your very own fan 🪭 give Dozer a big cuddle and kiss xx
