Made 12 2 oz.meatballs and cooked them in sauce. They were very tender and is an excellent recipe. If I changed anything up next time, maybe just a bit of crushed fennel to the meat mixture. Otherwise, this recipe is one of the best meatball ones I’ve found. Keep ‘em coming, Nagi.

Best meatball recipe ever, I have tried a lot of online recipes and your recipe is head and shoulders above the rest.
