Made this tonight and it was delicious! I only marinated a little over and hour and grilled them outside! I kept the cooked pieces on the cool side of grill to rest. Also made plain white rice and the smashed cucumbers which was delish! Will make again and again.

We’ve made these a few times and they are SO FREAKING GOOD.

We’re normally not great planners, so we’ve only marinated the ribs for a few hours. Even then, they’re still fantastic.

This last round, we made a larger batch, and had them two nights in a row. The ribs that marinated for ~36 hours were amazingly tender.

Five stars! 😁

Sooo good! I will be making this again! Made the smashed cucumber salad to go with it. I did substitute Bragg’s aminos and coconut aminos for the soy sauce and surkin gold brown sugar alternative. I couldn’t find a Nashi pear so I used a red pear!
