Fantastic flavor in this recipe. I used cubed pork tenderloin and ended up marinating it for 48 hrs (not by choice) but worked out great. Did skewers on the bbq. Peanut sauce is delicious with the pork! Will definitely be making on a regular basis. Highly recommend just like all her recipes! Thanks

I cook all the time and a diverse repertoire of recipes. I made these tonight and exclaimed, “This is one of the best things I’ve ever made.” The 5 year old loved it too. I wish I had time to serve it with a cabbage salad. It’s fabulous!
