I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?
More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?
But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.
I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

Cheeseburger spring rollls!
Totally not authentic, totally not healthy, lol and I’m sure your recipe would be delicious – we love your classic ones and often roll a big batch together on a weekend afternoon and feast.

Would love to see more budget meals, or weekly meal plans that incorporate ingredients that can be stretched across multiple meals to also avoid food wastage (e.g. herbs, cream). We like to freeze leftovers for lunches so some meals that can be cooked in bulk and freezer friendly is ideal. Thank you for your amazing work Nagi!

Would love to make homemade corn tortilla and corn chips. The ones in shops have too many additives not to mention packaging. Thank you for a wonderful book and website.

I would love if you could make some raw cheesecakes or slices. Your recipes are the only ones that work, so I don’t want to waste more time on other sites! Other recipes I’ve tried have an awful after taste of dates because it isn’t balanced enough. Ideally I’d love to see more recipes that don’t even use dates – nuts and coconut are amazing! Woolworths has a ‘free from gluten’ chocolate cheesecake tart that is absolutely to die for…but I’m yet to find a recipe that is even remotely similar!

I know it’s not a real Chinese dish but our favorite local restaurant closed and we can’t get a good Mongolian Beef (or chicken) anywhere.
Most are too heavy with soy or oyster sauce, maybe. Our restaurant’s was a thinner, sweet garlic sauce that was heavenly.
Nagi, if you can find one close, I’d be eternally grateful

I’m very late to this post but… a good zucchini slice! Probably sounds a bit boring and yes there are thousands of recipe’s – but not yours lol and its such good and nostalgic (almost healthy) comfort food and economical for portions that can last throughout the week!

I would love a foolproof baba ganoush recipe – I love it with your chicken schwarma and lamb koftas as a Lebanese meal but my recipe is temperamental

I’ve been on a biscoff white chocolate blondie bender for the last 6 months. There’s a place I order from nearby (Melbourne) but I absolutely cannot replicate any of the online recipes and I’m dying for you to do a blondie recipe, preferably biscoff laden!
I nearly exclusively cook from your book and site, it has been such a joy learning to enjoy cooking and my young babies are loving it too.

It would be great if your could add Thermomix or airfryer tips with your recipes.
We love your recipes. That would be a great time saver.

I would love a savoury egg roulade recipe. Make them often but would like a Nagi definitive recipe with savoury fillings which never fails –
