The seasoning in this recipe is to give extra taste, you need to marinate your meat in advance overnight, for the seasoning to go through. I’t will be bland, if you think that all you have to do, is sprinkle the powdered seasoning on-top. Now, the recipe doesn’t mention this, and I’t shouldn’t have to, it’s one of the most basic steps of cooking.
