Fabulous!!! My FIRST TIME using filo pastry as I was too scared until now. Followed your detailed instructions & video & hey presto!!! It looked exactly like yours & tasted AMAZING. Served with a light salad using more of the yoghurt sauce as a dressing. Perfect. Can’t wait to tuck into the leftovers 🤣

Just delicious. Bit of work & (we’re good eaters) found feed 4-5 max (& I used more mince). For a simpler version, Im going to make puff pastry logs next time. Great recipe.

Hi Nagi , I ve masa this tea tomas, I followed instruction, roll them with hand no problem, pérfect and delicioua. I would to know the left over pastry in your Note 3, I dont find the recipe to use. Is anggone kat me know please
