I made this for Easter dinner and it was EXCELLENT. We had 10 adults and used a 7lb ham. Plenty of leftovers. (Butcher tried to convince me to get more, I’m glad I didn’t.) I completely forgot to baste while it was in the oven, it still turned out juicy and delicious. I did make sure to baste when it was resting however. The flavours were amazing. I was worried it would be too “Christmasy” but it wasn’t at all.
