We live in Canada and come here to Mexico for the Winter, as its bloody cold where we live for 5 months of the year. Here in Huatulco we are near great squid and fish shops. Looking forward to making this as I LOVE baby squid but am also usually underwhelmed by most of the ones i’ve tried.
