Hi Nagi! I’m in Tokyo at the moment and my family and I have been obsessed with Gyukatsu Motomura (Harajuku/ Shinjuku) and their beef cutlet finished off on a grill plate and it’s absolutely divine! Been twice in 5 days – different locations too! Anyway great for the kids and adults and would love you to replicate. I saw your mum did a minced version but I’d love the steak version. Thanks in advance!
