For goodness’ sake. If you sub that many ingredients, it’s hardly the same recipe. I made this tonight and it was utterly superb. My sister-in-law and kids walked in while the ragu was in the oven and the aroma was enough to make them want to stay for dinner. Try it again as written!

And once again I cooked this amazing dish. I doubled the recipe due to pre cooking for a camping trip and share meals. Everyone absolutely loved it even the 3 & 5 year olds. Thanks for making me seem like a good cook in front of my friends.
